Processes

Submittal Phase

Once awarded the contract, our staff assembles a submittal package. The package includes printed 11x17 shop drawings drafted in AutoCAD and hardware samples and tear sheets.

This package is Eurocase's interpretation of the architectural blueprints and specifications for the project and is submitted to you for approval.

The standard lead time for a project to begin is 5 – 6 weeks from final sign offs.

Engineering Phase

After we receive your approval and marked shop drawings, we enter your project
information into our cabinet production software.

Materials are ordered and a preliminary schedule for production is set.

When we receive the final information, programming of our software is completed for your project and the production schedule is confirmed.

Production Phase

Upon release, the materials flow through the shop from the cut-out department, which includes the panel saw and CNC router, to the Edgebander, to assembly and pre-installation where manual construction ensures quality, to preparation for shipping.

Delivery

Eurocase delivers with our own 26' delivery truck. We also utilize freight companies as necessary.

In either case, our goal is to meet your jobsite schedule and deliver your custom casework when you need it.
